What exactly is a health & wellness coach?

As an ACE Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I am able to help clients on a holistic level with the 8 dimensions of wellness: Occupational, Physical, Social, Intellectual, Spiritual, Emotional, Financial and Environmental. This means different things to each of us and I am here to guide you on a collaborative mission to help you recognize and achieve your goals! I work on the foundation of compassion to ensure your own building (your body) has a strong foundation to succeed.

How many sessions should I schedule?

The answer is ... it depends! 


Each of us is unique in our beliefs, experiences, and viewpoints and so while some of us may find that 10 sessions are just the right amount, others may find that one or two sessions are a great fit for them. 


Once we uncover more information about your specific situation, I can make a more specific suggestion. 

Will my information be kept confidential?

Absolutely. 


As a former legal professional, I am sensitive to every piece of information you provide me, whether via a form, an email, or in person. 


Rest easy knowing that what you share with me will remain guarded and protected. 


This said, please know that there are certain circumstances which ethically bind me to report serious issues.

Where will my sessions take place?

Currently, I am offering phone and/or video calls with my clients. 


If you wish to meet in-person, that can be arranged too.  


(Especially if you want to meet at such a place as above. Will travel with reimbursement ;))

When can we meet?

Currently, I am taking appointments on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
