FAQ

What exactly is a health & wellness coach?

As an ACE Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I help clients on a holistic level with the 8 dimensions of wellness: Occupational, Physical, Social, Intellectual, Spiritual, Emotional, Financial and Environmental. This means different things to each of us, so I guide us on a collaborative mission to help you recognize and achieve your goals! I work on the foundation of compassion to ensure your own building (your body) has a strong foundation to succeed.

How many sessions should I schedule?

It depends.


Each of us is unique in our beliefs, experiences, and viewpoints and so while some of us may find that 10 sessions are just the right amount, others may find that one or two sessions are a great fit for them. 


Once we uncover more about your specific situation, I can make more specific suggestions. 

Will my information be kept confidential?

Absolutely. 


As a former legal professional, I am sensitive to each piece of information you provide me, whether a form, an email, or in person. 


Rest easy knowing that what you share with me will remain confidential. 

Where will my sessions take place?

I currently offer phone/video calls with clients. 


If you wish to meet in-person, that can be arranged.  


(Especially if you want to meet at such a place as above. Will travel with reimbursement ;))

When can we meet?

Appointments take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
